People make the difference in a workplace: having met a person like her meant that I was able to resolve a matter in just one week, instead of a month. I went today 5 December 2023 to the ACI in Corso Venezia in Milan following the theft of the car documents. The quick, simple booking service and respected timetable (even in advance) were perfect. I had to log in twice at the counters due to documentation problems and with great surprise, still online, I managed to book an appointment a few hours after the first one on the same morning. The "Staff" of the ACI in Corso Venezia is competent, helpful and above all kind. A special thanks to Gigi and her colleague whose name unfortunately I don't know (with long, dark hair sitting in the station to the left of Gigi) who supported me and solved the problem quickly but above all with great professionalism and friendliness. Thank you, problem solved in less than 1 hour and considering the Italian bureaucracy it is a further point in favor of the ACI staff. You will certainly be my point of reference regarding the practices within your competence.
